A Family Nurse Practitioner board-certified in Georgia, Erica founded Thrive in 2023 to deliver a more personalized, attentive model of care that goes beyond symptom management. Her goal is simple but powerful: to help every patient feel seen, supported, and empowered in their health journey.
Erica provides care for patients of all ages, from pediatric to geriatric, and specializes in managing chronic conditions like Type 2 diabetes, offering in-depth education, prevention strategies, and personalized support. She also focuses on women’s health, annual wellness exams, and hormone optimization, offering EvexiPEL-certified bioidentical hormone therapy for both men and women. With a background in emergency medicine and six years in primary care, Erica brings both clinical sharpness and deep empathy to every patient encounter.
Erica also brings a wellness-focused approach to aesthetics, with experience in Botox, dermal fillers, and advanced laser therapies. She designs personalized treatment plans that enhance confidence and skin health while supporting each patient’s overall vitality and long-term wellness.
